Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and Try Before You Buy (Website Orders Only)

This Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the official ATLAS website. It does not apply to orders placed through third-party retailers, marketplaces, resellers, or any other sales channels, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

Some items offered on the ATLAS website may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy purchases. This policy explains the terms that apply to modifying or canceling these purchases. By placing an order through the ATLAS website, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

ATLAS reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription through the ATLAS website, you authorize ATLAS to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing & Authorization
    Your payment information will be securely stored and charged automatically for each shipment unless you have prepaid in full. You authorize ATLAS to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs associated with your subscription.

  • Auto-Renewal
    Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their stated term. Unless you cancel prior to the renewal date, you expressly authorize ATLAS to continue charging your payment method for the renewed subscription period.

  • Cancellations & Changes
    You may request to cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email or your ATLAS account.
    Cancellations or changes are not retroactive and apply only to future shipments that have not yet entered processing.

  • No Guarantee of Refunds
    Charges already processed, shipments already fulfilled, or orders already in progress are not eligible for cancellation and may not be refundable. Any refunds, if granted, are issued solely at ATLAS’s discretion and in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders placed through the ATLAS website allow you to purchase products that are not yet in inventory or are scheduled for future release.

  • Payment & Authorization
    ATLAS may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. You authorize ATLAS to store your payment method and charge the remaining balance automatically once the product is ready to ship.

  • Estimated Availability
    Product availability dates are estimates only and subject to change. ATLAS is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing issues, logistics constraints, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Cancellations
    Pre-orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds
    Refund eligibility, if any, is governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds Policy. ATLAS reserves the right to issue partial refunds, store credit, or deny refunds where permitted by law.

Try Before You Buy

Try Before You Buy orders placed through the ATLAS website require a temporary authorization on your payment method prior to fulfillment.

  • Evaluation Period
    You will have a limited evaluation period, as specified at checkout, to decide whether to keep or return the item.

  • Automatic Charge
    If the item is not returned in compliance with ATLAS’s return instructions before the evaluation period ends, you authorize ATLAS to charge your payment method the full retail price, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

  • Returns & Condition
    Returned items must be received on time and in acceptable condition, as determined solely by ATLAS. Items returned late, damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant may be charged in full and are not guaranteed a refund.

General Terms

  • This policy applies only to orders placed directly through the ATLAS website.

  • Orders placed through third-party sellers or platforms are governed by those parties’ policies, and ATLAS assumes no responsibility for such transactions.

  • ATLAS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.

  • All determinations regarding cancellations, refunds, and eligibility are made by ATLAS in accordance with applicable law.

  • This policy does not waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
